The Odyssey, Book 4, lines 930-933. Goddess Athena creates a phantom in the image of Penelope’s sister to speak these words of reassurance to Penelope about her son. The phantom says that the powerful Athena travels with Telemachus as a protection against the suitors’ death plot.
