The Odyssey, Book 5, lines 246-249. After seven years trapped on Calypso’s island as her sex-slave, the goddess-nymph and enchantress has agreed to free Odysseus. But fascinatingly Odysseus willingly beds Calypso one more time before he sails away on the raft she allowed him to build. Is he not being disloyal to Penelope here?
